This has been set out at Triatel in three ancient buildings (15th-18th centuries) of remarkable historical and cultural importance: the rascard, the grange and the grenier.

Exhibits are laid out in sections along the visitor’s route through these: in the rascard, haymaking, the mule, corn and the cow; inside the grange, dairy-making equipment, baking of bread and meat conservation; and the journey concludes with forestry tools and a complete carpentry set.

In a corner is a reconstruction of an old “péillo”, or dwelling. A simple matrimonial bedroom has been fitted out with authentic furniture and furnishings. There is a bed with a mattress embellished with embroidered sheets, containing a second inside for the children; a crib for the latest baby, a chair, some wooden trunks, a pitcher and basin and finally some oil lamps.
